Heather Burt, LMSW

Heather has 15 years of experience within the medical social work field to include hospital care, outpatient intensive psychiatric treatment, group facilitation for grief, anxiety, opioid treatment, hospice, and case management. Heather has worked with clients of all ages, and has experience with couples, families, and groups.’ She is skilled in helping clients work through Anxiety, Depression, Life Transition, Chronic illnesses, and Relationship issues. Heather believes that she is a visitor in her client’s lives, using their strengths to engage and empower while also providing solution-focused tools and training that are uniquely tailored to the client’s needs.
