She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every session.
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Taylor also draws from a range of evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), inner child work, play therapy, and psychoeducation. She utilizes clinical assessments to help guide treatment and gain a deeper understanding of each client’s needs.
