Zachary Nussbaum PA-C

Zachary “Zach” Nussbaum, PA-C, is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with a strong clinical foundation in emergency medicine and a focused passion for psychiatry, addiction medicine, and behavioral health. He earned his Bachelors in Applied Biological Sciences from Arizona State University while gaining hands-on healthcare experience as a physician record assistant in high-acuity emergency settings. This early exposure to frontline medicine instilled in him a deep respect for comprehensive, compassionate patient care.

Zach went on to earn his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. During his clinical training, he witnessed the profound impact that timely, empathetic, and evidence-based care could have on individuals facing psychiatric and substance use disorders. This experience solidified his decision to specialize in psychiatry. Zach has provided psychiatric care in outpatient settings as well as higher levels of care including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Residential Treatment Centers (RTC).

In his free time, Zach enjoys playing ice hockey as a goaltender, watching movies, and spending time with his family and three cats.
