Michele Craig, LAC
Michele Craig, LAC, provides compassionate, trauma-informed therapy. Michele is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as CPT, CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Art Therapy, allowing her to tailor treatment approaches to each client’s needs. Michele has clinical experience supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, trauma, and serious mental illness. She has worked in a variety of behavioral health settings, including substance use treatment programs, reentry support services, and community mental health programs serving both adults and children.
Known for her warm, approachable style, Michele builds strong therapeutic relationships and creates a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. She works with children, adults, couples, and families, helping clients process trauma, develop coping skills, and move toward lasting emotional healing and stability.
Michele is also passionate about advocacy and community outreach. She has been involved in initiatives supporting survivors of human trafficking and has participated in professional trainings and community programs aimed at improving resources and awareness for vulnerable populations.
