Meet Our Team

Annie Carlton currently serves as Regional Office Manager at Phoenix Pointe Psychiatry. Her journey with the practice began as an Administrative Medical Assistant, where she spent two years building a strong foundation in healthcare administration and patient support before stepping into a management role.
Annie earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Health while minoring in Psychology from Northern Arizona University. During her time at NAU, she was also a member of the university’s swim team all four years. Her academic background, combined with the discipline, teamwork, and dedication developed as a collegiate athlete, continues to shape leadership in our office.
